Our Fukuda FRD800G laser receiver is a universal laser receiver for green beam rotary lasers. It displays the distance from grade digitally, allowing you to take elevation readings in millimetres, centimetres, feet or inches without relying only on visual beam detection.

This laser receiver with distance readout is suited to levelling, grading and alignment work with compatible rotating transmitters. Fukuda FRD800G Digital Readout and Detection Features

The Fukuda FRD800G laser receiver detects green rotary laser signals across a minimum 600m diameter range, depending on the transmitter and working conditions. Its 125mm detection sensor range helps acquire the beam as you move through the laser plane, while the digital readout shows the measured distance from grade.

Three accuracy bands allow you to select the tolerance for the task. Fine detection provides ±1mm accuracy, coarse detection provides ±5mm, and large coarse detection provides ±10mm for faster beam location. A calibration function is also available when you need to adjust the receiver reference.

Using the Fukuda FRD800G Laser Receiver for Levelling

Set up the green beam rotary laser on a stable surface and allow it to establish the required reference plane. Switch on the receiver and face its detection window towards the transmitter. Move the receiver vertically when finding a horizontal reference, or sideways when locating a vertical plane. The display shows the distance from grade as you move through the beam.

With the Fukuda FRD800G laser receiver attached to a suitable staff, you can transfer elevations and compare reference points across a working area. Mounting the FRD800G Receiver with Its Staff Bracket

The Fukuda FRD800G laser receiver includes a staff bracket for attaching it to a levelling staff. Secure the bracket, keep the staff plumb and move it between the required reference points. The two magnetic mounts provide alternative attachment positions on suitable metal surfaces, while the double-balance bubble display helps support alignment.
