Our Spectra Precision HR220 laser receiver detects pulsed line laser beams when the projected reference is difficult to see at a distance or in bright conditions. It helps you extend the working range of a compatible line laser and maintain accurate level or alignment checks indoors and outdoors.

The Spectra Precision HR220 laser receiver provides a front LCD, rear corner LEDs and selectable audio guidance. Red, green and blue indicators show whether the receiver is above, on or below the laser reference. Spectra Precision HR220 Detection and On-Grade Guidance

Aim the receiver’s detection window towards the pulsed laser beam and move it through the reference area. The front LCD and coloured LEDs guide you towards the centre position, while the audio signal can be set to loud, low or off according to the working environment.

The Spectra Precision HR220 laser receiver has an accuracy of ±1.0mm and a 50mm capture height. Its marking notches sit 50mm below the top of the receiver, giving you a consistent point for transferring the detected elevation or alignment.

Using the Spectra Precision HR220 to Find a Laser Reference

Enable pulse or receiver mode on the compatible laser before starting detection. Move the receiver vertically when locating a horizontal line, or sideways when locating a vertical line. The LCD, LEDs and audio tone indicate the direction and on-grade position.

Mounting the Spectra Precision HR220 for Site Work

Use the receiver’s clamp connection with a compatible general-purpose clamp, survey rod or wooden pole when checking elevations across a work area. The clamp should hold the receiver securely so its reading edge and marking notches remain aligned with the reference position.

Built-in magnets allow attachment to suitable metal surfaces, including wall moulding, cross-T sections and runners.
