Our Spectra Precision GL1425C provides level, grade and vertical alignment references for construction, excavation and site preparation. Its automatic self-levelling system supports horizontal and vertical operation, while dual-grade control allows you to set slopes where a project requires controlled falls in two directions.

Spectra Precision GL1425C Grade Control and Applications
The GL1425C laser provides a grade range of ±15% with tilt adjustment. Its 1.5mm accuracy at 30m supports repeatable level and slope references across a broad working area.
Typical applications include:
- Grading and excavation.
- Levelling concrete forms and footers.
- Vertical alignment and plumb for anchor bolts and formwork.
- Sports fields, tennis courts and driveways.
- Steep-slope road embankments and ditch banks.
- Ramps and drainage.
The operational diameter reaches up to 800m when used with the HL760 receiver. Rotation speeds of 300, 600 and 900rpm let you select the beam movement that suits the task.
GL1425C HL760 Receiver, Grade Match and PlaneLok
The HL760 digital readout receiver communicates with the laser by radio to support automatic Grade Match and PlaneLok. Grade Match helps establish a grade reference, while PlaneLok holds the laser to an existing horizontal elevation or vertical alignment point.
The RC402 remote operates from up to 100m and allows you to control the laser across the job site. Its menu-driven interface mirrors the instrument’s controls, while the illuminated backlit LCD remains readable during setup and operation. Built-in Bluetooth also supports the dedicated Laser Remote App.
Spectra Precision GL1425C Protection and Power
The GL1425C has an IP66-rated housing for dust and water protection. Its durable construction is designed to withstand a drop of up to 1m onto concrete, and the Height of Instrument Alert stops rotation if the unit is jarred to help prevent incorrect readings.
Power comes from a 10,000mAh NiMH battery pack or four D-cell alkaline batteries. The unit has horizontal and vertical 5/8 × 11 tripod attachments.
